Welcome Goodie Bag
Your company picnic will be a day filled with swimming, canoeing, games
and eating ... plenty of eating! The event will be packed with lots of
activities, for which prizes can be given to adult and child entrants and
winners. Think: karaoke and hula hoop contests, a three-legged race and
egg toss, a dunk tank (each boss will take a turn as the dunkee), and a
friendly, yet competitive game of softball or volleyball. A roomy,
drawstring bag, filled with products such as a sports bottles, can
coolers, beach balls, and collapsible coolers imprinted with your logo,
should greet attendees when they arrive.
Water Activities
At the pool and water activity areas, give out practical products like
sunscreen, beach towels and swim goggles.
Games & Prizes
Give everyone who participates in games a neat gift and also have
additional prizes for winners. The kids’ prizes should be different from
the adults’.
Kid's Stuff
As for the kids, be sure to give them their own special logoed products
for their enjoyment; maybe a toy or two, a t-shirt ... and what kid
doesn’t love a kite?
Commemorative Item
Remember the adults with a commemorative item such as a quality pilsner
glass, which they may or may not have filled with beer during the outing.
