Our magnetic backing is a two-part magnet
set for multi-purpose use including magnetic name tags and badges. There
are three magnets, mounted on one part, that cling tight to the
other metal half. The two parts release from each other by simply sliding them
apart. The metal half is backed with a strong adhesive strip that applies
to any desired surface such as plastic or metal nametags, badges, badge
holders, plastic signs, etc. The magnetic backing holds through thick
materials such as layered clothing or even acrylic, sweaters and thick
fleece fabric. They're great for eliminating holes in clothing (with
old-fashioned pin backings) and are easy to use.
